It seemed like India

I was walking on the road. On my way to work. Early morning. Cloudy skies. Pleasant weather. Behold! I took a turn and the road ahead was blocked. By water. Yes, you heard it. Water blockage. It rained heavily yesterday - there was a tornado warning too. (Unfortunately it never came :P) And a car halted in the middle of the lane (!?!!?!!); no points for guessing it was a desi :D

For once, it seemed like India... :)
